PATTERN RECOGNITION
Recognise recurring behaviours, familiar relationship dynamics and the beliefs that shape how you respond to life.
Best experienced with sound.
The reaction that is bigger than the moment. The relationship that feels familiar before it has even begun. The belief about yourself that follows you into every fresh start.
You didn't land here by accident. Part of you is already asking why, and that question is where this work begins.
In SACRED SPIRAL, you learn to observe a thought without automatically believing it, to question an emotion without suppressing it, and to recognise a pattern without repeating it.
I'm Natalie G., founder and creator of SACRED SPIRAL.
I'm a raw-emotion person. Around me, emotions come up. I'm understanding, and nothing you feel needs hiding.
I'm interested in people: what shapes us, what we believe, what we protect, and what happens when our understanding of ourselves begins to change.
My work draws on psychology, spirituality, human behaviour, shadow work, inner-child guidance, relationship dynamics, nervous-system regulation, conscious self-awareness and creative expression.
I ask questions. I notice connections. I offer perspectives. I'm willing to look at the uncomfortable parts of a story, including the parts we would rather avoid.
My own life has given me plenty to question. That curiosity became the foundation of SACRED SPIRAL.
I want you to have room to examine your experience without anyone else taking ownership of your story. I can help you look at what is there. You decide what it means.
The most important discoveries are the ones you recognise as your own.
START THE CONVERSATIONAs a little girl, she believed that if she did better, loved harder and tried enough, he would stop hurting her.
So she learned to be convenient. To make herself easier to love. And she carried that lesson into every relationship that followed.
At 36, on her birthday, she met a man whose eyes held danger and a darkness she recognised in herself. What she didn't know was that he would use her own darkness against her.
He told her his heart was dead. She believed that if she loved him hard enough, she could bring it back to life.
She saw the wounded child in him, the same childhood wound of severe emotional neglect that she carried herself. She understood his pain because she knew her own. But they made different choices with their wounds.
She gave everything she had trying to turn his hate into love. He betrayed her, deceived her and kept her fighting for a love she could never earn, no matter how much of herself she sacrificed.
When her mother died, something in her finally broke. The cruelty had gone further than she could bear. Her body was giving way under the weight of it all.
Then, during a seizure in which she remained conscious, she heard a voice that changed everything.
And she was done.
The woman who had spent her entire life trying to be chosen finally chose herself.
She never wanted children. She refused to bring another child into the world only to pass on the consequences of her own wounds and choices. She wanted the cycle to end with her.
This is the story of a woman who learned that understanding someone's pain doesn't mean you have to become the sacrifice for it.
A woman who loved until there was nothing left to give, until the disrespect became so loud that love went silent.
She was the girl who kept trying to be enough.
She became the woman who walked away.
You may recognise yourself in one of these first. Start there. The others open as you go.
Recognise recurring behaviours, familiar relationship dynamics and the beliefs that shape how you respond to life.
Examine the parts of yourself you may judge, avoid or struggle to acknowledge, and what they reveal about your experiences and assumptions.
Look at how earlier experiences may shape present-day expectations, emotional responses and relationships.
Bring what you discover into the way you understand yourself, communicate and make decisions.
The spiral is a symbol of cycles, growth, remembering, transformation and becoming. It represents the way we revisit parts of our lives with new understanding.
EXPLORE MY WORKTwo interactive projects are in development, each with its own focus.
A mental organiser to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, needs and responses.
Planned for individuals, with applications for couples and families.
An interactive experience for romantic partners who want to explore what they want, what drives those desires and what they want to create together.
Both are intended to become card games too: LET'S GET REGULATED as a family game and DESIRE as a game for grown-ups.
Both are still being built, and I'm sharing the process as the ideas take shape.
Have you ever reacted to something before fully understanding why it affected you?
Have you ever struggled to explain what you feel, what you need, or why something bothers you?
LET'S GET REGULATED is an app designed to help you make sense of what's happening inside your mind.
It creates a structured way to explore your emotions, understand what lies beneath them, recognise what you need, and find clearer ways to communicate what is happening within you.
Instead of getting caught up in a reaction, you begin to observe your thoughts, understand your experience, and make more conscious choices about what happens next.
It's about developing self-awareness, emotional understanding and the ability to express yourself more clearly, in your relationships, your everyday interactions, and your relationship with yourself.
This isn't about telling you what to feel or how to think. It's about helping you understand yourself well enough to decide what to do with what you feel.
Because when you understand what's happening within you, you have more choice in how you respond to what's happening around you.
Desire influences more of our lives than we sometimes acknowledge. It can involve intimacy, affection, freedom, belonging, ambition, adventure, or the experiences we hope to share with another person.
Yet how often do we stop to ask what we actually want, what sits beneath that desire, and how to say it out loud?
DESIRE is a playful, intimate, curious and sometimes daring space for partners to explore those questions together. It isn't a quiz that scores compatibility. It's an exploration.
Identify what you want and what matters to you.
Explore the needs and motivations connected to what you want.
Choose what you want to share and discover more about one another.
Explore shared interests, differences and possibilities.
Decide what you both want to pursue in your relationship.
Private answers remain private unless you choose to share them. Both partners must freely agree to take part, and either person can skip a question or change their mind without pressure.
Bring the situation you can't stop thinking about. The relationship you're trying to understand. The question you keep returning to. Or simply the tangled thoughts you haven't yet found words for.
You don't have to prepare anything. My sessions are conversational. I help you close the tabs, untangle the knots and look at the patterns that keep repeating.
Our childhood experiences can shape how we see ourselves, what we expect from other people and how we respond as adults.
Together, we explore those connections through shadow work, inner-child work and pattern recognition.
I ask questions, reflect what I notice and offer perspectives. You decide what resonates and what you want to do with what you discover.
Full agency. No codependency.
A guided inner-work process incorporating shadow work, inner-child work and pattern recognition.

REQUEST A QUOTEMieke G. is my niece, a little girl with big plans.
She's beginning to find her place within SACRED SPIRAL, learning, creating and discovering her own creative voice.
I want her to have the opportunity to explore her interests, develop her skills and see what she can create when she gives her ideas room to grow.
One day, SACRED SPIRAL will become part of her legacy to continue.

Some conversations are difficult to begin. They involve experiences people may have carried for years: abuse, painful relationships, identity, loneliness and the struggle to explain what is happening inside.
TALK SO YOU'LL STAY exists to make space for those conversations.
TALK SO YOU'LL STAY began with my uncle. He carried the weight of a painful childhood and of abuse he endured in the army. He never found the words for what he felt, and he died by suicide.
Silence is where pain grows heavy. That is why this began: so that no one has to carry it alone, and so that the words can be found before it is too late.
Then life taught me a second lesson, through a narcissistic relationship. I learned from the inside how manipulation wears a person down, quietly empties them out and takes their sense of self.
That is why TALK SO YOU'LL STAY is also a safe space for women to say what they are feeling, out loud and without judgement, and to learn to recognise red flags.
This is not about being afraid. A red flag is information. When it repeats, it becomes a pattern, and a pattern tells us something needs to change.
It is about women who are fully capable of stepping into the world, trusting what they see, and speaking up, without fear, when something needs to be said.
If you or someone you know is thinking about suicide, please reach out for support.
